I'm trying to upgrade to OS2006 but when I plug in the USB cable and try to turn on, holding the power button + home button, it does not turn on... If I switch off the cable, it still spends a lot of time to be turned on again, can't understand...

This happens in linux (debian), any idea?

thanks in advance

did you try holding the home button THEN pressing the power button while still holding the home button? Are you using the flasher-2.0 program to flash your 770?

Hi NokNok !

Thanks for your reply.

Yes I'm using flasher 2.0 and battery is fully charged. I hold home button THEN turn on button but it does not work: the device keeps off. Even if I switch off the USB cable, I can't turn on the Nokia 770 until some time... don't know why...

any help is wellcome!
thx
