I just upgraded my N770 to 2008HE. I noticed a patches.tar.gz and a tools.tar.gz in addition to the install bin. I wanted to find out

a) Is there a way to install the patches tar.gz using the Internet table upgrade wizard

b) If no, how do I install it. Is it enough if I get it to my n770 and do
tar -xzvf whatever.tar.gz. Or, are there additional commands to run?
