There's a white spot on my screen that pops up whenever a white screen is being displayer (at launch, keyboard), the touch screen isn't as responsive, and when certain parts of ny screen are touched, another part of the screen just above it looks as if it is being pressed on too hard.

I want these problems fixed, but I don't know if Nokia would find this to be an acceptable reason.

What about asking them?

I doubt anybody here can answer with certainty.

You can't get much more official than that: try asking them, it can't possibly hurt to ask.

When you do ask though, try to emphasise that you cannot use the tablet properly because of the problem. Make sure they understand this isn't just a cosmetic problem.
