Hi,
I just upgraded to diablo and can't seem to get Jabber/XMPP working over SSL. I forced the account to connect to the old ssl port 5223.
I use ejabberd 1.1.2 and an ssl cert from positivessl.com. (Note that this is a cert with an intermediate CA)
I always get the following error: "Unknown error occurred while validating server's SSL certificate".
I also tried to import the root CA as well as the intermediate CA. No luck.
I just tried it with the FreeSSL cert from rapidssl.com and then it works as expected after I imported their root CA.
Does anyone have an idea how I could solve this?
I could of course just select "ignore ssl cert errors", but that is just not secure at all.
Has anyone experienced this problem? I wanted to ask here before posting a bug.
I also tried the rtcomm beta installer, but the same there (is this even necessary/good in diablo?)
