is there a home screen applet that is a system monitor as well as letting me kill processes?

i'll join in on the query.. is there a task manager of some sort? or can i kill processes using xterm?

i want it on the home screen , not the statusbar i am using the lcars theme and the load applet doenst fit on the bar...it hangs off and looks like crap. is there a way to make it fit in the statusbar of the lcars theme? if not i need it to be on the home screen

Well, the load-applet icon isn't larger than the other ones, so that this may be a bug in the LCARS theme. And you could have similar problems with home screen applets anyway (some home applets are known to have problems with the LCARS theme). So, in any case, you should probably report the bug so that it can be fixed.
