Really N800? You can't FIND it? I did the ****ing looking for you, I know where it is, I told you where it is, and all you have to do is ****ing remove it. Hell, even just renaming it will work.

I'm very close to having to send this tablet in for repairs, too.

Erm, firstly.

You are running mv in the /usr folder. Your listing of the metalayer files shows it to be in /usr/bin.

Secondly.

/var/lib/dpkg/info/metalayer-crawler0

Note the 0?

Try adding that onto the apt-get remove line. (and I wouldn't recommend apt-get remove as you'll mess up other dependencies too.)
