I've just installed Emacs on my N810, and I've got a problem: Maemo grabs Control-E (Emacs's "end of line" key) and brings up a search dialog. I have no use for that search; does anybody know how to disable it?

If you change/delete the gconf entry you would probably be set.

Nokia-N810-23-14:~# gconftool-2 -R /apps/osso/keybindings/global
 osso-global-search = <ctrl>e

FYI, there's a bug open about this problem: https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3319
