Ok so I have been havin a problem with my application manager....whenever i try to refresh my application list i get the whole "unable to refresh list, last refreshed list shown" i go to the log and the error message says this:

W: Couldn't stat source package list http://openbossa.indt.org.br bora/games Packges (/var/lib/apt/lists/openbossa.indt.org.br_games_dist_bora_games_binary-armel_Packages) - stat (2 No such file ordirectory)
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
E: Failed to fetch http://openbossa.indt.org.br/games/d...el/Packages.gz 404 Not Found

So I am a quick learner but do not know much about diggin into the n800 to find and fix problems...I've seen some forums tryin to fix similar problems sayin stuff like "go in and type apt/fin/blah blah/open this/blah....u get it well i dont know where to input these codes and such.

So if anyone knows how to help me out i'd appreciate...i actually deleted pretty much all of my installed applications hopin that would fix the problem but it did not the only installed app i have is vcn viewer.

So anything guys?...?

I get a similar thing.

I JUST Re-Flashed and when I try to install the Homepage Weather Applet, I get the message that the Application Packaging List Cannot Be Updated.

What is this? Why is it happening? I just Re-Flashed to the Diablo OS...

I have lived with that and I am not going to re-flash my N800.

Sometimes we just can't download the list from the net due to various reasons: network timeout, repositories moved or no longer existed, .... If we can install the application, we should not bother by those messages. If you want to see it clean then delete the offended repository.

That's what I have learned to live with my N800!

In the application manager, look through your list of application catalogs. One of them will have a web address of:
and a components line of:
Disable this catalog.

Also: Are you still running OS2007 on your tablet? Upgrading to Diablo, or even Chinook, should eliminate this problem. Instead of collapsing in a fit of tears upon encountering a problem such as this, the application manager puts on a brave face and updates what catalogs it can.

I am on Diablo, but I am getting this problem - and I just re-flashed.
