Can I run Google Gmail application (J2Me) on N800?

No you can't run the J2ME application, but you can use gmail directly either with the webbrowser or with the built-in mail application (POP3/IMAP).

You can also setup your default Email client to get Gmail mails into your inbox on the N800 (via pop or imap settings).
