I am going traveling with my N800 and was considering getting a USB to Ethernet adapter for the hotels that only have wired internet access. After reading many posts on the subject I have decided instead to take a wireless router so I can have wireless access. I am looking and getting the Apple Airport Express. The question I have is that since I won't have a laptop with me if I set up the Airport settings at home before I leave on my trip will those settings be okay when I plug it into a hotel Ethernet cable or do I need to be able to configure the settings for each different location?

Thanks.

Settings for the Apple Airport are kept in the router... not in the computer. Whatever setup you perform at home will be maintained in the router when you travel...

go figure...
