I've been struggling trying to get my n810 (flashed to latest diablo) to reliably connect to my router. It seems to work sometimes, then go into long periods of unable to connect to websites. The wifi is lit in the top right bar, n810 says connected, but Microb does not connect to any websites.

I've tried manipulating the power settings of the wifi, as suggested elsewhere, no change.

Odd part is I can ping, traceroute, and connect via ssh with no problem, even with the browser will not.

Same problem applies to the Application Manager.

Turn of Virtual Memory? I know it's odd, but this has happened to me.

I didn't have virtual memory enabled, so that couldn't be it I think. Just for something else to try, I've enabled it

I notice also working is Internet Radio - I can get music streaming from the Net though I cannot browse the net. So I know the signal is working, and the tablet is receiving.

Works:
Console (ssh)
Console (ping, traceroute, etc)
Internet Radio

Doesn't connect to sites:
MicroB browser
Omweather for updates
Application Manager

What is the output in "Application Manager > Tools > Log..."?

It's a stretch, but there's a possibility that the wi-fi setting includes a (wrong) proxy setting. The browser would use the proxy setting while ssh and ping would not. So there's a potential difference right there.
