either pair the phone and tablet, or put the phone into discoverable mode.
then open up the file manager on the tablet, select the files you want to transfer, go to menu > file > send > via bluetooth...
then in the window that opens up, select the phone when it appears.
you may then have to approve the files at the phone.
this all rests on the phone supporting obex push, btw.

Or, alternatively, you might see the other device (like your bt phone) in the file manager. you can perform file operations there (from and to the other device).

that needs pairing and obex-ftp support i think.
that is, advertised on the phones side. i think the tablet supports it, but do not advertise it, so one cant browse the content of a tablet from outside.
