Just a question, but did you reboot your N800 after you installed Autoscan?
Mine didn't work either, then I found some docuemtation somewhere that said to reboot after the install.
Now it mostly works.
Cool software.
I am going to go look for the source and try to fix
1: Color problems using Themes.
2: Lockup when trying to open a saved network.
3: Two cancel buttons when trying to load a saved network

Yeah I did reboot it when I installed it once before, but something must have changed for it to work now.

I'm still getting the problem of it failing to contact its scanning agent - if anyone knows the name of that agent (or why it's failing), that might help me in diagnosis.

Ok, this gets odder and odder. It now works and the only thing i have done since is install a heap of other apps on. maYbe i got lucky with some library perhaps...
