Ok this first post is just basicly showing my idea and the items I will be using to do the job done. I'm using a set of grips for Nintendo DS, a SD Card Reader I might add some other things later.

Right now I am still working on the best way to get the wire from the inside of the grips to the side of the n810 since the side of the grips is rather thin. Also I will have to remove my kickstand which is no big deal to me. I hope to update my progress next week.

Thats a cool idea! How much did those grips cost? Moving the wire shouldnt be too hard. Just som basic soldering fun You may have to go out and buy some high gauge wire to exten it tho. YOu could use a router and mill out a slot for the kickstand if you want to keep it. Thats what I did when I worked my n810 into my dash. If you scan my posts you should be able to find pics of what im talking about. Keep us updated!

Edit: Oh yeah, Bondo and sand paper can fix any hacking you do!

Edit #2: Just looked them up. The whole back is a battery as well. Forget milling through the middle of it haha. I'm interested to see how you do this?

The grips only cost me $5 used at Gamestop. Not sure of new price they are make by nyko so it can't be that much.. I was going to work in a gamepad I have a post here about it here. But these grips are not big enough for the game pad. I'm going to make custom grips for that.
