After spending about an hour searching online I still can't find a deb file for pipepanic. Does anyone out there happen to have a deb file they could share? Thanks.

Nearly nine months later and I'm still looking. Archive.org helped a little, it gave me the actual address where it was in eko's repo, but it 404's when clicking on it. Anyone at all have the .deb file handy? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hrm, if you are using chinook or diablo, I reported the game and put it in extras.

Oops, should have specified. I'm running OS2007HE on my 770. I did however get the chinook version to install using the -f switch. It unfortunately doesn't run. Launching from a CLI gives the following: cannot read /home/user/.pipepanicrc and when I create the DIR it gives an invalid integrity error. Oh well, almlost there.

You probably want to "rm -rf /home/user/.pipepanicrc" and run "touch /home/user/.pipepanicrc" instead as .pipepanicrc isn't a directory.

But I'm surprised it's running on a 770 as the CFLAGS I used pretty much tie it up to n8x0's :/

Well, running in the sense that it tries to start but then crashes. After running "touch /home/user/.pipepanicrc" and launching it from the CLI it gives "read_rc_file: Data from resource file is unreliable illegal instruction" Oh well, I'll just have to keep looking for a 770 deb file somewhere. Thanks for the help qwerty12.

I think it's because I compiled it with newer thumb instructions...

I've attached a deb that is compiled with only basic, generic instructions (just -O2) but it is compiled in the Diablo SDK so YMMV. But you should have more success starting this one.
Attached Files
File Type: deb pipepanic_0.1.3-maemo1_armel.modfied.deb (61.7 KB, 142 views)
