mario party advanced working some texture issues but only a few

final fantast 6 working runs a little slow but playable

mario golf advancewould not even boot. might be a bad dump. if anyone got this working please tell me.

edited to add: just tried sim city 2000 on my n800. it runs very slow. input is very unresponsive, buttons must be held down for one second so that the game responds.
does anyone know if performance is impeded if rom is on sd?

Games seem to run faster for me on the internal memory than on a memory card.

Final Fantasy 6 runs too slow even on internal memory ... you could play it, but its a pretty long game. I think it would go from like 30 hours to 60 or real play with the slow down.

Is there anything you can do to optomize the speed?

That should not be the case: a game is always loaded into RAM when you run it.

You have to download them off a Torrent site, search for GBA. The new update works a treat. The sound is even playing not too bad. Really sped things up.
This afternoon I tried Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Super Mario kart both working about 90% of original. Playing at around 20 - 25 FPS.

Bit Generations: Orbital works exceptionally well on my n810. Since the only controls for the game are two buttons (literally), the on screen tapping controls are perfect. One button "attracts" and the other "repels". That's it. It's a great game though. Now it's available on the Wii too, through Wiiware, with slightly updated graphics.

A video of the gameplay can be found here (note that this is just showing the game -- it's not running on a tablet in the video!)

Some of the other Bit Generations games might work well too, but I haven't tried them yet.

I've found many GBA games run well on my n810, but are unplayable due to the controls. The d-pad isn't really designed for gaming, and the on screen controls don't work well if you need to press the d-pad and a button simultaneously.

Those Bit Generation games look sweet! I have never seen them in the states before though...
