Hi, after another reboot needed because Fennec crashed, your power applet worked! Thanks, it's very nice.

Ok. I'm gonna release an early 0.3.4 with reboot confirmation and a couple of fixes. Just to be sure...
O.3.4 installed as an update over 0.3.2 just fine with no issues.

Thanks Kirill, et al!

BTW, "HW (hardware) Buttons"?

It was something I tried to put into pybattery but my python knowledge sucked too much and I ended up reinstalling. But I think that gconf entry stuck.

charger-backlight was meant to let me choose between the setting for having the backlight staying on when the charger is plugged in.

I was trying to get it to run gconftool on the following keys:
/system/osso/dsm/display/display_on_with_charger & /apps/osso/applet/osso-applet-display

You should know me well enough by now to know that I don't have an N810.

Well. There will be no more releases this year (it seems to be too often this month even for me ), but in 2009 development will be continued. So as all the children write their letters to Santa you can write me (here or better at garage) features you want to have in next releases. Feel free to share even insane ideas

After installing the Advanced Power applet (version 0.3.4), the boot time increased from 45 seconds to 1 minute (this is the full boot time, i.e. until I can use the tablet). 15 additional seconds is a lot for a single applet. Any reason?
