I checked out the forums and searched for this topic but couldnt find it, if there is a thread about this please direct me to it, thanks!
My question is, I was planning on getting a Nokia N810 for my car, as well as a bluetooth mini-keyboard of sort to surf and view websites. (parked of course)
I have an iPhone 3G (jailbroken) with the PDAnet app so I can tether it to a laptop or computer but it and the computer needs to both be on the same ad-hoc network.
Can the n810 CREATE its own ad-hoc network for the iPhone 3G to recognize and hop on to give the n810 its internet?
I've used the iPhone before to tether it to my laptop so it works just fine but before I bought a n810 I wanted to see if this was possible.
Thanks in advance.
