How about a bluetooth headset and a keyboard? or its just one BT "channel"?

At the same time
I am going on a trip and I wanted run some movies/music off my n810 for my wife and I without disturbing people around me. I guess I will get a splitter for the headphone jack.

You can definitely use a BT headset and keyboard at the same time. I've done that. I've also used the BT headset while also using the Nokia BT GPS accessory without problems too.
The problem comes with having more than one audio output device--the N800 seems to want to SWITCH the output to only one output device. Can anyone verify that that's true?
