When I use the N810 (e.g. browser, Maemo mapper, the device locks up a few seconds and then reboots spontaneously and starts within 30 seconds.
Are there more people with this problem ?

Sounds like you need to do a reflash.

How should I do this ?
Make a backup, refrash it and restore ?

Pretty much, yeah. Nokia has a reflash tool that you'll need to download and run to reflash your tablet.

It is a good idea to additionally check memory cards for filesystem corruption errors and reformat them if needed.
