Went to D.C. for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Stopped at Catholic University of America (where I will be going for my Masters program) and saw the Basillica. Then went to D.C.

OMG look the tablet is big! (sorry about the dirty screen). I also used MaemoMapper to track where my gf and I paddleboated. She was a good sport (she knows that electronics are her rival for my attention).

Eh, its the third time the screen became unresponsive and skewed. But this time, there was an extra surprise! Along with the unresponsive touch, the screen became all messed up if it was half unplugged and the backlight no longer functions... Bad display ribbon cable? *Claims warranty on bad manufactured materials/workmanship*

..Now where'd I put the two bubble wrap sleeves Nokia sent me with the two previous repairs....

Yikes.. I hate when slider devices break- the little ribbon cables are always a pain to fix when they go bad.

Best of luck to ya getting it repaired

Oh, and I figured I should show where my n800 (or theGhost as it's named).

My n800's sitting here next to it's bigger sibling, theBeast (my t61p), and is being photographed by theMobile (my Touch Pro) while I do an English quiz.

I had my n800 out earlier while I was on the bus to listen to my music and I heard the strangest comment whispered from one bus-rider to another--
"LOOK! he's got an iphone prototype!"

I'm still laughing a little bit inside...
