Uh..? This seems out of place.

Is that Wifi or BT ? I didn't doctor my example, it's really a 9B wifi and 9D bt.

PS. The manufacturing batch and/or country might also influence this. Mine is from the UK, debernardis has the same range and from location he's in Italy, Thesandlord seems to have a different range in California... That's why it's so much fun discovering these ranges via user input

If I can get the MAC addresses of the devices, you won't have to type in what device you have, it's network name (or ip address) when you use QTE - it would automagically find and identify your device, and offer to save the output on it.

Haha... No, I was responding to a spam ad for Nike Shoes directly above my post. It has since been removed.

Isn't there a kind soul with a 770 to chime in ? We're on good track with the N810 and N800, but don't have a single 770 MAC

@GA: Odd, no reports from that range yet, seems to be 9B for Europe and D5 for North America, but still not enough reports for final conclusions.

BT is also important as AFAIK that's the MAC to be seen if you use PAN.

Interesting. My newer N800 has a slightly different MAC address from the other US ones (D4 as opposed to D5):

The N800 I got used from a guy in Seattle:
Code:
00:19:4F:D4
The N800 I got new from an American mail order store:
Code:
00:19:4F:D5
