OpenOffice Base should be available through Easy Debian/Mer/Ubuntu. MS Access is a Windows-only, x86-only application - so not likely (unless you ran an old Windows 3.1 version under qemu or DOSBox)

*Caveat: I have not tried this:

For MS Access - you could try the Garnet Emulator and Smartlist2go.

I had pretty good luck with Smartlist2go back when I had a Palm T3.

end Caveat*

Or if you just need a simple db you could try InfoOnTap.

Easy Debian has OpenOffice 3 now, but Base is not installed. Nobody's shown any desire to have it before. So you'd have to install it yourself. But if you do, please report back! I'm curious!
