I couldn't let this go unanswered. I believe that's the case for you. But I live with an iPod touch as well as an N800 (I bought the touch for my live-in girlfriend), and I find the touch much less enjoyable for those activities, most notably for ebooks and movies.

HSPA data includes phone calls or not? Is it going to be a phone or you'll have to carry arround your phone with you also? Two things in your pocket or just one?
I would kind of expect airplanes drawing it in the sky, or at least interrupted TV broadcasts to announce such a thing. It never was a phone, and it sure will be underlined a billion times if it ever becomes one considering the endless discussions about it even on this forum.

Another interesting tidbit from the thread I referenced above:

Some info about a likely upcoming tablet:
http://www.thestreet.com/story/10484...chscreens.html
I don't think it's the only tablet device though - there seems to be little reason to wait till Q4 for the first release of a tablet, now that Maemo 5 is entering beta testing soon-ish...One of the new models to be rolled out over the next 12 months has a 4.2-inch touchscreen and a "hidden slide-out keyboard," and is considered a mobile Internet device or tablet. The device is targeted for introduction in the fourth quarter before Christmas.
