hi everybody
it's been just one week that i have n810 so there is lots of things to learn about device
first of all where can i see which version is my tablet
diablo or chinook?
and where can i see latest upgrades for the device?

In Control Panel, open About Product, then compare the version number with info found from http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/ (you'll need to type in your serial number). Or just post the version number here and someone can tell you.

Go to Control Panel > General > About product and compare to https://wiki.maemo.org/index.php?tit..._history_table .

hmm mine is diablo
will i be able to update to maemo 5?

McLightning, Maemo 5 will only run on tablets made after the N810. But, there are some generous developers working on a community-maintained "fork" of Maemo 4 called Mer. Mer is going to attempt to bring as many good (and open source) aspects as possible from Maemo 5 to older tablets.
