Hi guys, just got my n800 and so far I've been pretty impressed. I never owned a 770 so this is a first for me...

Just wondering if you can answer a basic question - so basic it seems to have escaped the manual ;-)

When charging the n800 when it's off, does it ever change the animated charging indicator to say "charged" ... or does it just sit saying "charging" for as long as the power is connected?

Left mine with the 'Charging' icon, came back in a few hours and it shows 'Battery Full' with a solid battery icon and a check/tick next to it.

Thanks, I think my question should have been "how long does it take to charge" but it has to be somewhere between 3 and 8 hours because I did the same as you. I left it over night and got the same message. Thanks for the reply!
