Just got back from a trip and see that I have a tear upgrade. Since I kept asking for a "Find on Page" function, and, now, by gosh, Bundyo has implemented it, I just want to say:

Hi Community,
this is my first post to maemo.org.
I recently bought the Nokia N810 Internet tablet and installed the tear browser. The browser works fine for me, except that I do not like the scrolling too much: The kinetic scrolling tends to scroll down too far (more than one page, so I have to scroll back to continue reading) while the normal scrolling does not scroll far enough.
Is it possible to define one of the hardware keys at the sides of the tablet (e.g. "volume +") to work as a page-down key which scrolls down exactly one page at a time ? I have seen that FBreader shows exactly the behaviour I mean: "volume +" goes to the next page in fullscreen mode while "volume -" goes back one page.
Any suggestions how to implement this feature I (maybe there is some extra software I need to install) ?

just tried to add zoom_step by way of sqlite manager, no effect.
yes, it shows up in the options manager, but changing the number do nothing. And if the entry is deleted, it do noot get recreated on restart of tear.

How about a sensitivity setting for kinetic scrolling on tear and for that matter all apps using kinetic scrolling and the OS too? 0 being the same as dragging and 10 being one little swipe sends you flying down to the bottom of the screen. Seems like app writers have different ideas about how "kinetic" the kinetc should be.

...I went to add this line to my userstyles.css to find it there already. Which is strange because the reason for adding it is that I DONT already have 100% width, it is still all jammed into 320. Are you sure there's nothing else I have to do?
