Ok so, I was messing with the catalogs, because I was trying to install new apps and junk, and long story short, everytime I try to refresh the application manager just says "unable to refresh application list Unable to access catalogs. Check network connection. Try again?" and when I press yes, it happens again! I also messed up the browser, so I can't log into websites my hotmail.com, facebook, ebay, whatever, nor can I watch youtube videos. I've tried using Nokia Software updater, but none of the 6 computers in my house that I tried it on, work! Help!

Well, what exactly didn't work about it? Do you have Windows, Mac or Linux computers? Did you get an error during the process? Did you do what it asked by pressing the Home button while powering on to get into USB mode while reflashing?

I tried 3 windows xp, and 2 windows 7. I did turn it on correctly, and the computers said they installed the drivers correctly, but when I went to update, the software said that it couldn't find the device.

You launched the Nokia software, with your device fully charged and not plugged into the PC, and then you followed the steps outlined by the Nokia software? At exactly what step does it have this problem? What steps does it first let you do?

At step 3, it couldn't find the device, but in my computer, I could access the internal memory card.

That sounds like you aren't following the directions about holding down the correct button when you turn on the NIT. You ought to see a special symbol about the USB connector IIRC. In the proper flashing state, you can't see your internal card. You're flashing OS2008, right?

Hmm, I dunno. Sorry. Maybe try a different USB cable if you haven't yet.

For future reference, an exact initial step-by-step "how to reproduce" can avoid many followup questions...
