I saw question about n97 mini concerning C. DRIVE, not sure if it was answered but the C drive on mini is over 300mb and they gave it twice the amount of NAND memory compared to n97 too to help performance.,
nokia learnt from there mistakes with n97 i think

Both Palm Pre and Nokia N900 have SGX530 and both run Linux. Don't know about Linux version used. Are drivers same? The bug could lie anywhere, even in Linux kernel itself.
