Abiword is here for IT2006. see http://www.figuiere.net/hub/blog/?20...6-for-maemo-20

It works fine as far as I can tell from my testing. Bluetooth keyboard works, new documents can be created, abiword documents can be editted. I didnt try importing a complicated microsoft word documents (since I dont have any). All in all it works fine.

Complex.

Very good writeup. I'm much the same kind of potential business user, my scenario would be very similar except for less dependency of word files, and I would need OpenVPN (I know it exists, but unless it's integrated with the networking applet it's not good enough) and java applet support. The rest would be similar (including presentation - that was a seemingly ok resolution. Although in the past it was possible to get Palm-to-projector interfaces, and it can do PowerPoint directly).

It works. At least, the emergency 4xAA charger I have for my Archos PMA430 now works flawlessly with the N800, both with alkalines and NiMhs. My 770 was a lot pickier about battery chargers: None of the (fortunately very cheap) ones you get for cellphones would work, and the Archos charger would only charge its battery to app. 80%. With the N800, it just works; it just takes longer than with an AC charger.

Unfortunately, I gave all my cheap chargers away. They would take only AAAs anyway, so the capacity wasn't that great, even if they had worked.

I know it's here for ITOS2006, but that port seems to have "issues" with ITOS2007.
