Okay, hope this is it!

Front:

Note that the top half badge image has no personal data. This shows how my graphic would actually look. I also squeezed in the tags Quim wanted for rooms.

Back:

I added facility address and reception phone number above WLAN info. Should be helpful. Other suggestions incorporated.

Just in case this works, here's the PDF:

http://www.cynicalsigns.com/images/Badge-master.pdf

I see some artifacting in the PDF, so I highly suggest printing a proof before running off a lot of copies.

Speaking of which, I have not yet been able to find A4 paper locally yet, so I may not be able to print reserves.

EDIT: I just corrected an error with the schedule. Saturday and Sunday somehow got swapped when I was adjusting the table.

Great stuff!

We need a PDF identification totally empty so we can print that area with the data fields. And we need a design where you include the format of

Nickname
Name Surname
Employer
Primary community project

(Nobody decided the fields, so did I yesterday@as you could see from the email sent to all registered participants)

About the schedule page, the only thing is that the telephone is listed twice. The version with the int code is not really needed since everybody will get their badge in Amsterdam.

Ok, I updated per your feedback Quim. However, I think the telephone country code should stay based on experience I've had traveling from the US. Sometimes I've had to use the country code. I don't think it hurts to have here.

Also, I only included the personal info on the bitmap preview; it isn't on the PDF.

I will try to get the text instructions done by tomorrow this time. However, I still have work to do on my presentation and other preparations (not to mention my day job) so it's going to be tight...

Do we know the pocket orientation for certain? Last year they were landscape and the only information I could find for this year's is:

As certain as I asked to the person that bought the pockets.

An addition to the schedule:

18.45 - 20.30 Maemo Drinks in N900 room

Since the Saturday schedule is too filled already maybe this could be put in any of the blank spaces?

Oooops! We just found a bug in the wiki schedule that moved to the badge schedule as well.

2 tracks on Friday are swapped. The N900 sessions were in the N810 room and viceversa. The wiki is fixed now:

I will update early this evening.

Question: should I move the Westergasfabriek logo out of the white space? I'm inclined to. Maybe it should go directly below maemo.org or above/below the summit logo at the bottom?
