I'm on it! I have done some work to put a fingerfriendly UI to Stellarium, but at least in scratchbox it is painfully slow, so I'm waiting for my N900 before i put more work in that..
there will undoubtedly be technical issues (mainly the camera and identifying location i'm guessing) but it would be cool to see how an app of this calibre could be brought to life.

From the point of view of sci fi, sadly unoriginal
N900 - resistance is futile
N900 - iphone will be exterminated
(but you need the right voice for that one)
N900 - to infinity and beyond
But let's see, if jeeps can do it...
N900 - it's a geek thing: you wouldn't understand
For the relics amongst us:
N900 - Makes you feel just like when you got your ZX81
(well, I'm that excited anyway
)
Finally:
N900 - Engage. Amaze. Repeat.

My ports/creations/hacks: GNOME (for Deblet), Cdeb2», Ubuntu, playable flash games in the "Get Started" app, DBS, ect...
enhanced fedora port has been canceled in favor of NITDebian (TBA)
