Hi!

I'm new to this internet tablet deal...

I have a N800 and a Treo 680. I have a data plan with Cingular and
I want to surf on my n800 with the bluetooth service of the 680.

I went ahead and got the 2 devices to pair in bluetooth entered the code the pairing needed and all seems well. The n800 sees the 680 as a "phone" but nothing I do seem to get the 2 devices to work together.

How do I get this to work?

If you can help... please assume I know nothing.. I'm tech savy but I haven't worked in linux before and some terms ya'll might use are unknown to me.

Thanks so much!

You need to put the treo in DUN (dial up networking) mode in order to function as a modem. This setting is in the bluetooth app.
