Finland's Ministry of Transport and Communications has made 1-megabit broadband Web access a legal right:

Their ultimate goal is 100Mb access by 2015.



P.S. This should help people who are in a real hurry to access Finnish public toilets quicker.

It's nice to have no significant immigrant and minority population to deal with, isn't it? The almost 100% literacy rate is impressive.

Some awesome cuisine options, a nice tradition of saunas and summer cottages by lakes, amazing arts and crafts... now if i could just get Nokia to hire me...
