Morning all... was doing my usual obssessing about the n900 over the weekend, watching a few of the videos online and noticed that it seems difficult to arrange the widgets/icons/everything neatly on the homescreen. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to things like that and wondered if either

1 - anyone who has use of pre-prod n900 has found it difficult to put things neatly

2 - anyone seen any way of "snap to grid" type function, either on N900 already or in making

Very random i know....

Don't worry, you're not the only person who thinks this is a good idea. See existing thread http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=32200 . I thought there was a Brainstorm idea about this too, but can't seem to find it.

lol - I want mine messy as hell - everything out of place, I'll constantly just keep randomly moving stuff as well, just to keep me guessing.

Do I make your blood itch?

I know what you mean, I'm not a great fan of heterogenous icons floating randomly around my desktop either. A "snap to grid" function would be great
