So guys, a new tread on the MicroB browser ^^

I usually use Tear, I admit it's phenomenal, it's lighting fast! (like and better than my iphone3g!) but It doesn't handle very well (or better at all xD) flash...unfortunatly I visit a lot of sites where there are videos in flash...I do not use anymore my iphone because those videos aren't converted for iphone..so I want a browser that handles well flash...

Webkits are escluded, Fennec is unbelievable slow (and now without flash!!! xD) so there is the Microb...

Now: I use the useragent-switcher and use the iphone layout, it is more speedy now (in equal useragent, and equal site, is faster than the iphone itself xD), handles seamplessy flash, but a thing annoys me:

IT STUCK FOREVER IN "CONNECTING" BEFORE RENDER THE PAGE

I'm always connected expecially at home, and do not use the powersafe...so where is the problem??? This latency is what kill this browser to me...I have a Time-contract with the phone I tether, so it's not wise to stay 4\5 second per site in "connecting" you see?? xD

I've seen already 2 posts on this problem...so now:

there is no solution??? or no one of you uses anymore MicroB??? (whitch is one of the best browser in rendering and handling pages...except for this ussue...)

Clear private data (cookies, history, cache...). Sometimes it helps.

yeah xD i do it each time i open the browser ^^ so, are there a way to incherase the cache over the limit of 4mb? will it help?

so guys, i've tested microB with the iphone useragent and 16mb cache; basically is now faster, renders the page better (maybe for the large cache), but the problem in the latency is still present, however, now i use only microB deleting tear, to test if it's possible to fit my necessity xD

no one have an answer?? no one usee microB anymore or simply there isn't solutin??? T_T

So no one is interested in improve the experience using MicroB???

I'm using it daily. The 4-5 second "latency" is not a dealkiller for me, and also appears mostly during the few first pages browsed.

The fact is that it's not 4\5 seconds for me xD sometimes it stucks for 10\15 seconds...it is dealkiller not the 4\5 second...
so there is a problem with MINE MicroB?

Do you have the Adblock Plus extension installed? It increases browser launch time and slows down browsing after that.

When it gets too slow, sometimes restarting the browser daemon works for me
