Is anyone else having trouble adding internet radio streams to Canola? I tried to add my 12 favorite stations and was only able to add 4. When I click on the links, media player opens and plays the stream. However, when I paste the link into Canola's setup, it says that it is unable to add the stream and I should check whether it is a valid .pls, etc file.

Post an example URL and we can try it on our Internet Tablets?

I have tried adding a few URL's to IRadio option in Canola Config from shoutcast and they generally work just fine :-

.977 The Hitz Channel http://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/shoutc...e=filename.pls
S K Y . F M - 80s, 80s, 80s! http://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/shoutc...e=filename.pls
But of course these are in .pls format

Real Media Audio Streams do not work, although Canola Config adds them, Canola cannot currently play them giving an error.

I have not been able to add a single stream that connects to a non-standard port.

Everything that goes to port 80 (or at least, which does not list a port number) works just fine. Anything that has :xxxx as part of the url seems to fail when I add it.

I have use dirtboxradio and Digitalunderground both use m3u and it works fine...

You have to make sure you add the whole link to the list not the link to the site. IE: http://www.linktosite.com/iradio.m3u

I'm having the same problem. Did you ever fix it?

I've tried your suggestions every which way but still can't get Canola to accept any of the URL's. What is a specific url that works?
