First thing ummmm...

try to sync it with outlook, thats veryyy important to me.

first thing i will do is set a custom wallpaper and boot screen.

post here that i just got it
open out of the box
put in the sim card
charge it and read through manual
switch it on
set it up
copy over music and wallpapers and videos
set it up even more
download some apps, install them
set it up even even more
play around and enjoy the feeling of having a futuristic device
relax and explore the thing
post my thoughts

I'll probably put some flash games on it, Change the wall paper, slide the keyboard a few times and scream like a little girl it's finally here!
