!!newbee alert!!

in my country (trinidad and tobago) there are few options for mobile internet, mainly BIS (Blackberry internet service).

however i have never owned and never want to own a blackberry, is it possible to use a maemo device (namely the n900) with a blackberry plan (sim card) to access the internet (as well as make calls etc)?

thank you

Hi Kroikie, not an expert on Mobile companies in Trinidad and tobago, but a quick wiki search shows you have a few carriers.

The Digicel one (Soon to be vodafoned) looks like it would be fine with the n900

bmobil looks like another one to take a look at, no reason why the n900 won;t work? anyone else?
