I was wondering about this. I just got a new version of AbiWord compiled with the autobuilder last night, but it didn't update in the repo. On the other hand, when I applied for upload rights yesterday morning I got approved in literally 5-10 minutes, so someone must be working there...

Is the running of the maemo.org repository anything to do with Nokia? (Genuine question).
Agreed, I'd like to know who runs the maemo.org repo, too.

The repositories are taken care of by maemo.org. They have hired a webmaster and a debmaster who have written much of the software on maemo.org to handle the various functions of the repos, as well as taken software from other projects, like debian and gforge, to make the whole thing work together.

Right now, there are some problems with building packages for diablo which is being looked into.

As you can probably tell, some packages are being built and going into the repos, and some are not. This may be a problem in a number of places, i.e. the autobuilder, the repository software, or even the package itself.

Specify as clearly as you can with details, the name of the package and what is wrong and I will dig into the repos and the various tools to determine what is going wrong and see if I can fix it for you.

Thanks for the response. The package I am working on is eboard. It compiles for extras-devel and says it is queued but never winds up in the repository.

Nothing is working for Diablo extras-devel repo. The date on the packages files for binary armel are:

Diablo(http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...inary-armel/):
Packages 05.11.2009 17:36 5494292

Fremantle(http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...inary-armel/):
Packages 15.11.2009 07:42 7222818

This clearly shows that Fremantle is working and nothing has been working for 10 days with Diablo.

Actually, there are apps showing up in diablo, for example:
https://garage.maemo.org/builder/dia...o4/summary.log

I am continuing to look at this the rest of the weekend and we'll have more resources also taking a look starting Monday.

Same with splitthetab 0.3-1: built OK last Monday (https://garage.maemo.org/builder/dia...tthetab_0.3-1/) but is not in extras-devel (http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...s/splitthetab/)

The original poster needs to stick their head in a freezer. I've been here almost two years and that quite possibly is the dumbest suggestion I've read on this forum. And in all caps no less. Calm the f*ck down. Or maybe we should just erase the Internet the next time your ISP fails.
