So I was excited to try out the new build of minimo but can't seem to install it. I get the error x11-common missing.

This seems strange I assumed the window system of the 770 was an x window system.

Does anyone have an idea about this error.

Thanks for the help I'm pretty new to linux and brand new to the 770.

Have a look in the blog comments against the authors announcement for this release of Minimo - it should give you some clues and/or a solution.

Thanks, I missed those blog posts earlier. I read some from a different day or something.

Yup, that was me. Just so the info stays here too :

- first install the previous version using the mistral/ repository,

- then change that to the bora version and upgrade. If it fails at the end, try again.

Seems to work, although it feels flakier than before, dunno if it's related or not.

BTW, this is on gregale :-)
