Didn't order from Nokia so I can't join in on this but I would say go right ahead. Nokia needs a boot up its arse for the way they handled the charging.

I was personally denied three times and all those three times my debit cards were charged by Nokia. Still holding my money. Nokia would deny that and I keep all e-mails I was getting from Nokia customer service.
I am not seeking for monetary gain but I hope this way we could give Nokia a good lesson.
