After reading all those numerous stories how Nokia screwed sales of N900 through online store and phone service I decided to open this thread and to see if all people affected by Nokia Sales Department, could file Class Action Lawsuit.
I was personally denied three times and all those three times my debit cards were charged by Nokia. Still holding my money. Nokia would deny that and I keep all e-mails I was getting from Nokia customer service.
I am not seeking for monetary gain but I hope this way we could give Nokia a good lesson.

Didn't order from Nokia so I can't join in on this but I would say go right ahead. Nokia needs a boot up its arse for the way they handled the charging.

Well, do not even try unless you want to risk at least $613 for few days. Of course, Nokia will refund money, but they will keep it for few days.
Thanks for respond!

That thought just crossed my mind as well.

When Nokia hold $613 on my first debit card, PayPal assured me that it was Nokia who was holding money.
Today, Nokia put hold on my second debit card, while I tried to order N900 by phone. Again, my bank told me it should be Nokia to release the hold.
I also got e-mail from Nokia support that Nokia did not hold any money and I rather contact my bank. I keep all those e-mail I got and all e-mails and faxes I sent to Nokia.

I am on board as well.

Canceled 5 times with no prior notification from a September 5th pre-order and still states my card has been declined using 5 different forms of payment all with well over $20,000 USD in each.

I want Nokia to pay for the approximently 7 hours I spent dealing with them only to still not have an order number nor any rebate for my time and pain.

Show me where to sign and I will be there.
