WooHoo!!
On a side note since I work in a "service industry" - cut the team at MPD some slack, they are a small group of people trying to get through a huge number of orders in the shortest amount of time. They are not sitting on their a*ses thinking about when they should start work - they are working their a*ses off to finish the job.

As an FYI to interested parties - if you ordered more than 30 days ago and used a credit card, then the order lodged by MPD with your card company will have expired - so they (MPD) are obliged to reconfirm card details with the card holder.
This probably explains why so many people appear to be "jumping the queue" - if their order was within the last 30 days then any credit card stuff will still be valid and so their order will have gone out.
The "early birds" have to be phoned up which takes time - my conversation took 5 minutes (according to my phone) so multiply that by 200 (best case) or 500 (conservative worst case) and divide it by 3 (number of people handling the orders at MPD) and you can see where the delay comes from.
So if you think the above applies to you make sure you are near the contact phone that you gave to MPD on your original order.

Yeah no one needs to prove anything. You'd have to be pretty sad to say it's been delivered when it hasn't.
