Basically you tell the phone how much minutes to calculate then alert you when you have reached your set minutes

e.g. you set the limit of minutes you have from ur contract 200 then it blocks you from going over your limit bit like an alarm. may have options to resett every month - auto runs on phone bootup -

u cud have a password to b entered if you want to use after ur minutes are up (just in case or a emergency)
