Does anybody else think that the notes handling in N900 could be better. For one thing the issue of having to scroll down to the last note is just a joke! How did they think here? I mean the latest notes should be the one you see first shouldnt it?

I have at least 250 notes for my reminder and for example when a flight information or train information is need i have to scroll all the way down. Thats insane!!

There should at least be a way to sort the notes on time....

Does anybody have a good suggestion on how to solve this issue. Maybe theres another note software I can use? I want it to be able to sync with outlook of course!

OneNote for N900 .. Would be awsome!

I think the notes from calendar would sync, atleast it offered to sync with my E75 over bluetooth. Whether outlook supports bluetooth or not I don't know, as I don't use outlook.

The notes application seems to be a odd text editor, so atleast there you can manage it a bit better...

The lack of functional scrollbars has been a common complaint

The note application needs the following options:
- search (fins a string of letters in any note on the database much quicker than scrolling)
- arrange alphabetically
- arrange by date.
- Group by Outlook categories or display all.
- a note should highlight / make clickable phone numbers and URL's
to add:
Calendar and tasks also need a search.
Tasks also needs a note section / description. (that sinks with Outlook.)

One Note for N900 would be really cool!

Nokia! I am still using my n900, and there have been no improvements on task descriptions or notes. (before I bought it I was promised (your good advertising) a PIM I new it wouldn't be perfect but expected it to be as good as the one on Symbian 40)

Does the community have a solution for managing tasks and notes on the n900 that can sync with Outlook. that doesn't involve an Internet connection. (i currently use Garnet VM)
