Although this can also be done all on your device, I've found it easier to use the web bit for the first part as its easily configurable etc...

Screenshots included for certain parts where the writing can be a little confusing...

Thanks for this. Do you know why I can't see any pictures on my n900, when they show fine on my gmail ?

Did you press the image-icon that enables said pictures on your n900?
