Finished creating my new blog which i will be using to review maemo5 apps.
I'm aiming to review one app a day but also aiming to review all 83 current apps aswell (22/12/09).

Funny... I just posted a message in another thread about review of N900 compatible Flash apps. Will you include those as well?

Yeh, ill be including any relevant maemo-n900 stuff as well. Not just maemo-select reviews.
If theres something specific you wan't reviewing just send me a message.

You may want to include whether the app is optified or not.

All the apps from the Maemo-extras are optified.

there is already an other site that also does something like this:

it pretty much maps every app there is over the 3 repo's and uses can comment on them.

It's a phrase I keep seeing yet when I google it all links for for maemo.org... is it a generic linux term or something specific to maemo?

Not true. I believe OpenSSH isn't optified. And neither is Evernote (if the posts I read were correct). I believe whether an app is permitted to be in extras without optification depends on the size.

Optified means it installs to the /opt directory (the 2 GB partition) instead of the rootfs which only has 256 MB.

I have three I'd like to know if they work:
