Definitely Fake, Nokia Doesn't even own nokian900.com, let alone have they ever used the Maemo.org logo for...well anything aside from Maemo.org, at least that I've ever noticed.

well the registration through godaddy.com and hotmail id as a contact is definitely makes it a fake.
This has been registered now just incase if the next maemo device will be named N910 he/she will make a lot of money selling this domain.

Eh.. they might not even make money off of it. Companies have gotten websites revoked from whoever squatted on it through court. Especially if it's obvious that you were squatting on it.

There are certainly other people or business that would buy this kind of domains doesnot particularly have to be Nokia. Look at all those registered email IDs that is being sold on ebay, even the weird domains (for an example)

True, but the webpage itself is designed appearing to be a Nokia device. Which if Nokia ever wanted to could point out to the court if they wanted the domain.

And like I said about the trademark, the guy's one lawsuit away from trademark infringement there. Not only is he using an illegally edited maemo.org logo, but also the Nokia one and their Connecting People trademark to drive Ad Revenue profit on his website. I'm pretty sure the domain owner would settle pretty fast when that lawsuit showed up on his door.

Not only is it registered with godaddy, it's hosted with godaddy. It seems unlikely Nokia would use godaddy hosting. Moreover, Nokia uses MarkMonitor as a registrar.

Well, he is a fun outgoing guy with a great sense of humor who loves coming up with crazy ideas. So, yes, I guess the site is a fake.
