I guess it's under Phone since it counts cellular data and not wifi. If it did both placing it under internet settings would make more sense.

In that case, I completely agree that it should be in the same place as the account setup.
Also, I wish my phone would show up soon so I'll be able to see this stuff on my own(and not make a fool out of myself like in this thread)

I don't have that path. I have Settings > Phone, and then only a 'Calls' menu where I can set call ID, and tick call wait and call transfer. Are there any other Settings->Phone somewhere?
