Wait? erm, like the rest of us...... - it's part of the ovi store which is not available yet..
It is possible to see the software, and even text request it but - that's all in the ovi store thread
(Search!)It should hopefully be open this week
- but not counting my chickens so to speak!

What's the point of having free software in the Ovi Store, at some future unknown date, rather than putting them in the default repo and making them accessible in the Application Manager right now?

Anyways wasn't the OVI repo spotted already? It's just blocked till OVI for Maemo is out.

Rovio and Offscreen are both private enterprises. As such, many of the community aspects of repositories might not be what they are looking for.
Ovi store also offers possibility to advertise your software, add screenshots, reviews, is more accessible/easier to understand for the mythical "average consumer", etc.

Not to disappoint anybody with the Ovi catalogue, but the list is now complete. I'd except it to grow rapidly when paid-apps will arrive.
